Welcome to Franklin Chimney. By accessing or using our website at https://franklinchimney.com and our chimney services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Description
Franklin Chimney provides professional chimney services in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, including but not limited to:
- Chimney inspections (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3)
- Chimney cleaning and sweeping
- Chimney repairs and masonry restoration
- Chimney relining
- Waterproofing
- Chimney cap and damper installation
All services are performed by CSIA-certified technicians in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
Scheduling & Appointments
Submitting a booking request through our website constitutes a service inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We will contact you within 15 minutes of receiving your request during business hours (Sun–Fri 8 AM – 8 PM) to confirm your appointment details.
Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the specific conditions found during inspection. A final written estimate will be provided on-site before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed with recommended services.
Our Price-Lock Promise means the quote you approve is the price you pay — no change orders or surprise charges after approval.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Warranties & Guarantees
Franklin Chimney stands behind our work with the following guarantees:
- Price-Lock Promise — The approved quote is the final price. No change orders or hidden fees.
- 1-Year Workmanship Warranty — If anything we install or repair fails within 12 months, we fix it free of charge.
- Satisfaction Guarantee — If you are not satisfied with the finished work, we will make it right or you do not pay.
Warranty coverage applies to labor and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are provided separately and governed by the manufacturer's terms.
Limitation of Liability
Franklin Chimney carries $2M in general liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from the homeowner's failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Franklin Chimney and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
