Water was dripping inside the chimney and staining the hardwood. Franklin found the flashing had pulled away and replaced the step and counter flashing. It has stayed dry.

The attic leak was not the roof, it was the flashing where the chimney meets the addition. Franklin coordinated with my roofer and fixed it. Two nor'easters later, still dry.
